🤝 Anti-Harassment Policy

⚠️ Garden State Anime Fest has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind.

Prohibited Behavior Includes:

  • Stalking
  • Offensive verbal comments
  • Harassing or non-consensual photography or recording
  • Bathroom policing
  • Intimidation
  • Physical assault and/or battery
  • Sustained disruption of panels, signings, and other events
  • Hate symbols

This Policy Applies to Everyone

Exhibitors, fans, speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff, crew, and security are all subject to this policy. We have issued lifetime bans in the past.

In fairness — DO NOT BE CREEPY.

How to Report

Anyone can report harassment. If someone's behavior has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness it happening to someone else:

  • Contact GSAF Staff or Crew immediately.
  • Find the Security Team on site.
  • Contact Police on site if necessary.

If necessary, we will contact local law enforcement and assist those experiencing harassment in any way possible.

Photography & Consent

Always ask before taking a photo with or of another attendee. Respect their right to say no.
